How to Use Dishwasher Tablets
1 tablet = 1 wash.
- Remove large food scraps and excess grease from dishes before loading the dishwasher.
- Place one tablet in the detergent dispenser of your dishwasher.
- Run your normal dishwasher cycle.
For best results, ensure your dishwasher filter is clean and avoid handling tablets with wet hands.
Dishwasher Settings for Best Results
For normal dishes:
Use 1 tablet with a wash cycle at 45°C (113°F) and rinse cycle at 50°C (122°F).
For heavily soiled dishes or very hard water:
Use 1 tablet with a wash cycle at 65°C (149°F) and rinse cycle at 50°C (122°F).
Using a rinse aid like vinegar may help improve results in areas with very hard water.
Ingredients in Nature Bee Dishwasher Tablets
Our dishwasher tablets are made in Canada and contain a blend of cleaning agents and enzymes designed to break down food residue and grease.
Sodium carbonate, Lauryl/myristyl glucoside, sodium sulfate, sodium silicate, and sodium coco-sulfate, Sodium citrate, Sodium chloride, Sodium carbonate peroxide, Sodium metasilicate, Protease, Lipase, Trisodium Dicarboxymethyl, Cellulose gum, Fragrance Allergens.
COMPLETELY FREE OF: Dyes, SLS, parabens, phthalates, bleach, PVA, plastic.
Dishwasher Tablet Packaging and Sustainability
Nature Bee dishwasher tablets are packaged in 100% compostable packaging, helping reduce plastic waste from everyday household cleaning products.
Unlike many dishwasher pods, these tablets are made in Canada, and are PVA-free, meaning they do not use dissolvable plastic wrappers. PVA films can sometimes fail to dissolve fully and may contribute to microplastic pollution or dishwasher buildup.Our tablets are designed to dissolve directly in your dishwasher without any plastic coating.
Dishwasher Compatibility & Cautions
DO NOT HANDLE PRODUCT WITH WET HANDS. Dishwasher tablets are designed for dishwasher use only and should not be used for hand washing.
Avoid placing the following items in the dishwasher:
- Old china dishes
- Crystal glasses
- Hand-painted or gold-rimmed dishes
- Wood items
- Horn, copper, or aluminum objects
Avoid direct contact of silver or silvered metal with other metallic objects. Always follow the recommendations of your dishwasher manufacturer.
Store tablets in a cool, dry place away from moisture.
Nature Bee is not responsible for damage to delicate, specialty dishes or anything put in the dishwasher. If you have concerns, we recommend hand washing these items.

Can dishwasher tablets be used for hand washing dishes?

Do these dishwasher tablets contain SLS or parabens?
No. Our dishwasher tablets are formulated without SLS or parabens. They are also dye, plastic, paraben and phthalate free.
I purchased my first bag of the dishwasher tabs in February 2025 and loved them. The second bag I purchased has been disappointing. First, the majority of tabs are broken which surprised me as the first bag was intact. Second, I am finding with this second bag that the tab doesn't always dissolve and I'm left with residue in the soap dispenser. Third, my dishes are not coming out as clean as they have in the past. I have cleaned my filter amd the dishwasher, scrape excess food off of the plates but nothing seems to help. I love the foaming hand soap and I really wanted to love these tabs but I won't be purchasing the dishwasher tabs again. Something seems to have changed since my first purchase.

Love these dishwasher tablets. The only thing with this order is the difference in the bags. One bag was ripped partially open and it was fortunate that I still had the bag from the previous order. They are not the same bags as previous order

These dishwasher tablets are great. We've been using them for a few months now and haven't turned back. The scent is oh so yummy and they absolutely do the job. Another win by Nature Bee :)
I was pleased to have found a dishwasher tablet that had no plastic in it, but the scent is really too much. All of my dishes smell and taste after a wash: my glass, my silicone spatula, my plastic container, everything... My water is very hot. I bought 4 bags of this to be able to have the shipping free, but only one is open... wasted of money.
The first load of dishes came out nice and clean. Can't ask for more than that. So far so good with this product.

Good cleaning, nice small
I wanted to like these, but I’ll have to go back to my cascade. They smell lovely, but they don’t fully dissolve.. a chunk of tablet is always left in my dishwasher. They also leave the entire bottom filled with suds. And they don’t fully clean the dishes. I have a new Bosch dishwasher, so I know it’s not my dishwasher. I end up having to re wash with a cascade.
Hi, I am sorry to say that some loads of dishes are not completely clean and rinsed. Several times I see about 1/2 of the tablet not dissolved on the floor of the dishwasher.
Verry happy with this product. Dishes come out clean with no residue. Would recommend

I've been searching for a natural eco friendly dishwasher solution that still cleans dishes. I've tried several and always ended up back with Cascade due to cloudiness or dirty dishes. Until now. Finally. A solution I can feel good about that cleans my dishes and doesn't leave them cloudy. So happy

Started to look for non USA products this Spring. I was unsure which other dishwasher cleaner would be effective.
After trying these tablets, I am impressed. They work well and are locally sourced.
My dishes come out very clean every time, even on full load. I love how there are no harsh chemicals being used to wash my dishes and no nasty microplastics.
