SHIPPING AND PICK UP INFORMATION AND SHIPPING POLICY 

Local Pick Up Orders - please note we have an office space/warehouse, not a storefront!

We are open for local pick-ups at 6782 Veyaness Road, Unit 20, in Victoria BC, Canada. We are in office from 8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday.

If these times don't work for you, please email shipping@naturebeewraps.ca and we will be more than happy to arrange an after hours or weekend pick up for you! This year, the last day to pick up orders before Christmas is DECEMBER 18TH.

We will be out of office on the following upcoming dates:

Carrier Services

We currently ship with UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, ICS, Canada Post, Sendle and Uni Uni. US shipments will be shipped with USPS once they cross the border. The carrier your order is shipped with will depend on the size of your order and the address you would like it sent to. We compare the cost of using all of the above carriers with each one of our orders to ensure we are charging our customers the least amount of shipping charges as possible! 

We have included untracked shipping with Canada Post as an affordable option at the checkout - but we strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping option. It is worth the small additional cost ($4) as it includes insurance on your shipment and takes about half the delivery time. 

Please double check your shipping address. We are not responsible for mis-delivered orders if the buyer provided an incorrect shipping address. The buyer will be responsible for any reshipment costs. If you find an error in your address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, our team can update your shipping address for you! 

We do not offer insurance, refunds or reshipments on untracked orders, as Canada Post does not accept claims for lost or mis-delivered untracked packages.

Free tracked shipping on orders over $70.00 

US tracked, insured shipping $9.99USD 

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is processed. 

Strikes and Labour Disruptions 

Nature Bee is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or service interruptions caused by carrier strikes, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders that have been transferred to the carrier and are in transit at the time of a strike will be subject to that carrier's hold procedures. Customers will need to wait until the strike is resolved for delivery to resume. We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or alternative shipping for packages already in the carrier's possession during a disruption.

Returns

We evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to make a return please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Products like beeswax wraps and shower steamers cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. All products must be unused and in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for returns. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. 

International Orders

We ship worldwide! Any international orders will require tracking. Rates will be automatically calculated at checkout. 

USA - We have resumed our shipping to the US with select products. Tariffs will be paid upfront by our team. We are not expecting there to be any fees charged to customers upon delivery, however, we cannot guarantee that there will be no additional charges. Nature Bee is not responsible for any payment of duties, tariffs, country taxes or import fees once a shipment leaves our warehouse. We hope to bring the rest of our product line back to the US soon! 

Duties 

Most international orders will incur duties, depending on the destination. Nature Bee is not responsible for any payment of duties, tariffs, country taxes or import fees.
