Canada Post Strike 🇨🇦
As of November 23rd 2025, Canada Post stopped all strike activity. Their postal workers have completely returned to work! All of our untracked shipments will be sent with Canada Post.
For our tracked orders, we cost compare between multiple carriers to ensure we are charging our cusomters the least shipping fees possible. Depending on your shipping address, your order may be sent withCanada Post, UniUni or UPS .

Local Pick Up Orders
Please note we have an office space/warehouse, not a storefront!
We are open for local pick-ups at 6782 Veyaness Road, Unit 20, in Victoria BC, Canada. We are in the office from 8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday.
If these times don't work for you, please email shipping@naturebeewraps.ca and we will be more than happy to arrange an after hours or weekend pick up for you! Orders left unclaimed after 30 days will be donated.
We will be out of office on all Statutory Holidays!
Carrier Services
We currently ship with Canada Post, Uni Uni, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and Canpar. The carrier your order is shipped with will depend on the size of your order and the address you would like it sent to. We compare the cost of using all of the above carriers with each one of our orders to ensure we are charging our customers the least amount of shipping charges as possible!
We have included untracked shipping with Canada Post as an affordable option at the checkout - but we strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping option. We do not offer insurance, refunds or reshipments on untracked orders, as Canada Post does not accept claims for lost or mis-delivered untracked packages. It is worth the small additional cost ($4) as it includes insurance on your shipment and takes about half the delivery time.
Please double check your shipping address. We are not responsible for mis-delivered orders if the buyer provided an incorrect shipping address. The buyer will be responsible for any reshipment costs. If you find an error in your address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, our team can update your shipping address for you!

Shipping Cost
$4.99 CAD - Untracked, uninsured shipping with Canada Post
$8.99 - $14.95 CAD - Tracked, insured shipping - cost dependant on province
FREE tracked shipping on orders over $85.00 CAD
*Some orders under $50 may incur a $5 small order fee. This is to cover the cost of shipping to certain provinces, or rural areas. As a small business, we have thin margins, and smaller orders can be expensive to ship. This fee helps us continue getting our products from our warehouse to your home. We encourage bulk ordering to avoid this fee, and reduce shipping costs and emissions!
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is processed. If your order is shipped with UniUni, the tracking number and shipping confirmation email will come directly from them - not in a Nature Bee email.

Strikes and Labour Disruptions
Nature Bee is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or service interruptions caused by carrier strikes, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders that have been transferred to the carrier and are in transit at the time of a strike will be subject to that carrier's hold procedures. Customers will need to wait until the strike is resolved for delivery to resume. We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or alternative shipping for packages already in the carrier's possession during a disruption.
Returns
We evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to make a return please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns for faulty products, or incorrectly fulfilled orders. Products like beeswax wraps and shower steamers cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. All products must be unused and in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Unshipped orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed. All other orders will be subject to a $5.00 processing fee to be cancelled. Cancellations are not offered 10 days or more after purchase. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
International Orders and Duties
We ship worldwide! Any international orders will require tracking. Rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.
USA - We have temporarily paused all of our shipments to the United States in light of the tariffs on goods coming from Canada. We hope to resume shipping to our US customers as soon as possible.
Duties
Most international orders will incur duties, depending on the destination. Nature Bee is not responsible for any payment of duties, tariffs, country taxes or import fees.
