Meet Our Founder
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting Nature Bee! Starting this business has been an incredible journey so far, and I am so grateful to have such a supportive community cheering us on. My passion and goal for Nature Bee has always been to empower people to reduce their plastic consumption while giving back, and it has been so rewarding to see the impact we are making together. Sustainability can be a daunting topic, but I want to raise awareness and make sustainability achievable for everyone. I have always believed that one small change can have a big impact, and Nature Bee is a testament to that. Our Story
where it all bee-gan
Founded in 2018 by Gustavson School of Business Alumna Katie Gamble, our motto has always been “One small change has a major impact.” What started as a tiny school project business run out of Katie’s basement has grown into a full-scale sustainability-driven company producing reusable beeswax food wraps, and as of 2021, low-waste concentrated cleaning tablets. We produce simple, practical, beautiful alternatives to wasteful plastic items, and bring all of our other eco-friendly products to both direct-to-consumer and wholesale markets worldwide. Our beeswax wraps are made in-house with locally-sourced ingredients in Victoria, BC by our amazing production staff. Our small but mighty team is made up of a passionate group of individuals who are committed to making the planet a cleaner place; We take pride in our core values of sustainability, community, impact and education, as well as being an inclusive, woman-owned and operated, sustainable, Canadian company.
