Cancellation, Return, Reshipment & Refund Policy
We want you to love our products - if this is not the case, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations, reshipments and refunds may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. All orders cancelled more than 24 hours after the time of purchase may be subject to a $5.00 CAD cancellation fee which covers our incurred processing costs.
Reshipments & Refunds:
If you are unhappy with, or have not yet received your items, please send us an email. Unfortunately, we cannot issue full refunds or free reshipments for:
Orders misdelivered or returned due to an incorrect shipping address
Untracked orders lost in the mail system
For orders with no tracking, we will not be able issue a refund or reshipment if your order gets lost in the mail system. We always suggest using tracked shipping to ensure we can locate and follow the journey of your product.
We do not offer returns. Due to the nature of our products, accepting any product back into the Hive is considered unsanitary; however, If you are unhappy with your products, please contact us.
