Disappointing customer service

I am a repeat customer for this company and don’t take giving a poor review lightly. My most recent order I received the fourth foaming hand soap dispenser that I have bought as gifts and for myself. After a short time of use the nozzle started to stick, making it impossible to dispense more than one pump. I reached out to the company who responded with a list of steps to clean it, which I followed. I was asked questions , like which soap scent I was using, given more instructions and a request to test other different scents. By now it was multiple emails exchanged and I expressed my frustration and asked for a replacement of just the nozzle fitting, not the jar. Essentially the response was that they were asking my assistance around quality control, and that as a small business, shipping a part was expensive. I’m sharing my disappointment that I don’t feel it’s my job to complete quality control testing…if they are getting multiple reach outs regarding a product then that is theirs to solve. If this is a one off, I would wonder, even after I expressed my frustration, that they wouldn’t spend the under $15 to mail me the defective part. Truly disappointed in the poor customer service and despite liking the products, will be taking my business elsewhere.

Loving these foaming hand soap tablets

These foaming hand soap tablets are so handy. I love how I can simply drop them in HOT water, and watch them fizz to make the new hand soap for my foaming hand soap dispenser. Best of all, NO PLASTIC. Just a small paper package, which is recyclable. And a refreshing scent that keeps me coming back.

Canadian product and natural sources

I used to use the US's product but this Nature Bee has the exact same (or better) ingredients. Also they are made in Canada! The hand soaps are really formy and clean our family hands with softness.

I really am enjoying the liquid foaming soap tablets. Just the right amount of scent without being overpowering. I also like that there is less plastic waste used.
